In 2000, Paula Pressnell purchased the building that housed Brick Street Flower Company.  The purchase came before an exciting remodeling effort to increase the building's beauty and original appearance.

On August 16, 2006, Brick Street Flower Company underwent remodeling as local business owners collectively decided to bring life to Downtown Augusta.  The remodeling efforts at Brick Street Flower Company included the addition of a new lit awning, the exposure of the original bricks to the front with the removal of the aluminum siding and new windows and lights.
